I Ate this Book up! 02/22/2012
I just finished this, my second in the Edible Series from Reaktion Books. First I lapped up Ice Cream, a Global History and now this one. I think I'll dig in to the one all about potatoes next. Best morsel of info in this is about what the FDA considers to be lobster. So, on a package, for instance, something can claim to be lobster with only 2% actual lobster meat inside. Oh dear.
